ZUM cookies!
Actually, it was by StoneRose’s request, but I hope the rest of you will enjoy them as well. They are thick, chewy, chocolate cookies with Andes® mint chips.
These are veeerrryy good. We stumbled across the chocolate cookie recipe and decided to add mint chips to shake it up a little. As it is rather a complicated recipe, I posted on my blog and will just link it here.
